The Hannibal School District has recently hired MSBA to support the search for a new district superintendent. The search will begin immediately and conclude with the hire of a new successful leader. Your feedback regarding what "desired qualifications" are most important for this position will ensure the new hire is a good fit for both the school district and community.

In Ms. Moore's Resource American Government class at HMS, students are diving deep into the Revolutionary War. 📚
One student, Anthony McCune, brought in a piece of history from his family's heritage. He proudly shared his grandfather's [replica] flag from 1776, the time of the Revolutionary War! 🎉
Ms. Moore shared, "As students learn about how our government was formed, it's inspiring to see their passion for history grow."

Yesterday during the United Way Day of Caring community members from various agencies packed 1,580 Buddy Packs for students in our community for October and November.
Last week students from HMS Leaders of the Crew unwrapped all of the food and set up the packing stations.
General Mills donated all of the granola bars for the packing and Phil from HPS picked them up and delivered them to our new home this year.
Century 21-Broughton Team assisted in the packing and then delivered all of the packs and 1 jar of peanut butter to the area schools.
It truly takes a team!

After learning about the history of the era, they unleashed their creativity and made their own medieval "stain glass windows" 🎨. These young historians did an incredible job and had a blast showcasing their knowledge in such a creative way! 🌟

🔬📚 Last week in Ms. Riley's STEM class at A.D. Stowell, kindergarteners and 1st-graders had a creative adventure!
🌟 They first read "The Dot" by Peter H. Reynolds. ✨ Students celebrated uniqueness, shared ideas, and got hands-on by decorating their very own dots. The extra magical part – was bringing those dots to life using augmented reality app! 🎨
