Yesterday we had the pleasure of introducing our newest principal, Mrs. Stephanie Eaton, to our dedicated staff at Oakwood Elementary with a short welcome reception after school.
🌟Mrs. Eaton brings a wealth of experience, passion, and dedication as she steps into the role with a promise to continue the traditions of excellence that Oakwood is known for. We are excited about the positive impact she will make. 🍎 📚
🌟While the official transition isn't until July 1st, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to retiring Principal Mrs. Morriss for her incredible dedication and the positive impact she's had on our students and team over the years. Her dedication, love, and care have left an indelible mark on our school community, and she will be missed dearly. ❤️🏴☠️

🎙️ Exciting visit this week at HHS! 🎓 Eli Hess, a Class of 2023, studying journalism at MIZZOU, dropped by our sports broadcasting class while home on Winter Break.
🐯 He shared valuable insights about his freshman journey at Mizzou, emphasizing the importance of social media, networking, and more! 📝

🎄 Around 400 Staff and Students of HHS engaged in various service projects today before heading into Christmas Break!! ❤️🎄
Projects included bell ringing for Salvation Army, making blankets for foster care agencies, packing buddy packs for HAYS, addressing holiday cards, preparing treats for first responders and our furry friends at the Humane Society, caroling around the community (Thank you for having us Java Jive, and YMCA!), and even more!!
